Covid Rules

Effective 1st May 2020

  To book and confirm your stay at any Sinclairs Accommodation Group Pty Ltd property you will be required to make the full payment of your stay when making the booking. Once you have paid and confirmed your stay, we have a strict no-refund policy. This includes COVID-19 lockdowns.

Please consider the following points before booking your stay

 Check with your medical professional for advice on your health.

 Check with all media outlets and information bulletins to ensure no pending outbreaks of COVID-19 are forecasted.

 The accommodation cost will not be refunded. This includes from the date that the booking was made to the last of your stay.

 If you are legally required to vaccinate and have not done so, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
