We do not offer refunds on paid accommodation. To confirm your accommodations you must pay for your stay in full. Please read our covid policy.
Depending on availability we can waitlist you’re booking without payment security. Please understand that this booking is unsecured and can be sold without notice at any time.
Security cameras have been installed for your protection.
On the day of your arrival, your supplied credit card will be used to pre-authorize your stay to the value of $150.00. Once your pre-authorization has been approved you will be texted with a security code to enter into our 24-Hour Check-in Facility. You will not be able to check in to any Sinclairs Accommodation Group Pty Ltd property without your approval and authorization.
Where a 10% Goods and Services Tax applies. GST is included in the rate
Check-In time is after 2.00 pm. Our staff will endeavor to have your room ready as soon as possible. Check-out time is 9.30 am. (Fees may apply for early checks inn’s and late check-outs).
Management reserves the right to refuse / terminate guest’s accommodation when guests do not comply with Sinclair’s Accommodation Group guest rules.
Smoking is not permitted inside the building unless otherwise stated. Sinclair’s Accommodation Group is committed to your safety and has installed smoke detectors in all the rooms and common areas. If you feel the need to smoke, please feel free to do so in the areas provided.
Intoxication is not permitted and you will ask to leave on the spot, without a refund. This is to include the entire stay.
